Ramp Recipe – Savory Ramp & Salmon Pate

Savory Salmon Pate

This is one of Melinda’s favorite “company’s coming dishes”.

And I think our ramp seasonings or flakes adds just the right “kick” to this fabulous appetizer. It looks oh, so fancy but is oh, so easy to make!

Yield: 2 cups
Preparing: 10 minutes

1 – 16 oz can salmon
2 T – diced onion
1 – teaspoon Ramp It Up Cooking ™ Ramp Seasoning or Ramp Flakes (for a milder taste)
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 cup butter, melted

Puree salmon in food processor, using steel blade. Add Ramp
Seasoning, onion and lemon juice. Pour in butter. This procedure
will take approximately one minute.

Put pate’ in serving crock. Cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours.
Serve with crackers or party bread of your choice. This is delicious!

Its like you read my mind! You appear to know
so much about this, like you wrote the book in it or something.

I think that you can do with a few pics to drive the message
home a little bit, but instead of that, this is magnificent blog.
A great read. I will certainly be back.
