As two Southern women who grew up in the shade of the Great Smoky Mountains we have been ramp lovers for as long as we can remember.
Chancer is from the eastern side of the Great Smokies in Western North Carolina while Melinda hails from the western slopes in Eastern Tennessee.
Despite growing up hundreds of miles apart, we bonded together over our love of good Southern cooking – especially ramps.
